The first agency of the real estate consulting company Easy Brava was created in 2006 in Sant Antoni de Calonge under the impulse of José-Luis Zamora Ortuño, who already worked as a real estate expert for years in the area, in collaboration with one of the main promoters of the municipality.
In 2007, his daughter and son-in-law joined in, reinforcing the team by bringing their experience in the finance and marketing sectors.
In 2009, Michel Paschoud took over the management of the company and developed, in the midst of the real estate crisis, the seasonal rental service, in order to offer high-quality services to a demanding clientele.
In 2013 Easy Brava entered a growth phase thanks to the exclusive collaboration with the technical architect Jaume Noguer Gómez in Palamós and the opening of the Calonge office. In October of this year, Mónica Wyneken joins the company to assume the administrative, accounting and commercial coordination of the agencies.
In May 2015, to face the constant growth of the vacation rentals department, Alicia Riba joined the team.
2016 sees the creation of Apialia Costa Brava, the API business group of which Easy Brava is a founding member. This new work philosophy, based on a reinforced collaboration between real estate agencies, allows the person who wishes to sell her property to benefit from the commercial strength of the entire group with a single interlocutor.
In 2017, the director of Easy Brava follows the CRS training imported from the United States, which will allow him to implement a new sales system much more efficient than what was done until then.
The new work system implemented in Easy Brava, modifying the objectives and the strategy, the decision was made to close the Sant Antoni agency in September 2018, and to reunite the team in Calonge.
